Vancouver is a very rainy city. We get to enjoy a temperate climate at the cost of many downpours, but as much as I worship the sun, the rain doesn’t bother me too much.

This little umbrella lives in my purse for days like today. I find the practise of keeping one on you at all times to be very much a Vancouver thing.

I haven’t worn these jeans since I posted about them here, but I love wearing them with heels so I don’t feel as lazy. Plus these shoes have a little platform on them and it helps keep my feet dry walking through puddles.

All black everything and a more conservative sweater also dress up these boyfriend jeans a bit more.

Making silly faces and hiding in my turtleneck doesn’t have the same affect.
