This is what I wore last night for an impromptu date night. Neither of us felt like cooking, so I got into this flowy dress and out of my work clothes as fast as I could and we were off to Cactus Club. Home and in bed by 9:30pm. Why do days feel so long right before a vacation?
I’ve taken photos in this park before and I loved how they turned out so I came back for more. Something so nice about having the water and the mountains in the background, one of the perks of living in the most expensive city in Canada I guess! Captured some wildlife this time…
I have worn this dress from Aritzia a lot (and am bringing it on my trip) because it is so soft and the loose shape means I am always comfortable. The only downside is that if I pair it with the wrong jacket the shape can look really unflattering. I never wear this denim jacket buttoned, but when I left it undone it cut the dress off at all the wrong spots. Simple fix.
Next post will be from Denmark!
