Wearing my boyfriend jeans again! These pants are so comfortable. I especially love them paired with a dressier top, and this simple button down from Aritzia does the job nicely. Tucking it in gives a little bit of shape to the outfit. And heels! Can’t do a good boyfriend jean without heels. I don’t usually rock a backpack but this one is a bit more grown up in faux leather at least.  

I was off work yesterday so we headed downtown for the Gastown Grand Prix. Never been to a bike race like that before! Cyclists zooming past you, tons of patios to sit on and lots of people watching in the sun. The course was set up in a circle around Gastown, which the riders did about 50 laps around. Never a dull moment when every two minutes the race goes by you! 

On the way home we saw an outdoor movie being screened drive in style in a mall parking lot – just goes to show how much summer has to offer if you want to try new things! What have you guys been up to this summer?
