You know I love my turtlenecks, but there is a certain amount of fussing around that goes with them. Is the cowl folded over right? Does this look like a neck brace? That kind of thing. No such problems with a mock neck top like this! Although the last time I wore one was when I was a kid being forced to wear my brother’s hand-me-downs, the convenience far outweighs the childhood drama. I especially love how this top is more girly since it’s cropped and sleeveless. I would wear it with a high waisted skirt too for a night out.
Vancouver kind of feels like spring compared to the -20 degree weather and snow I experienced in Toronto, so I’m all for a light jacket and exposed ankles! These jeans are perfect for not showing too much with the crop, and the green army jacket makes my casual, neutral outfit a bit more fun. Can’t get enough of my new bag either.
As I mentioned on IG, I was searching out the sun taking these photos…hope you found some warm rays too!
