As I’ve mentioned before, I have had the hardest time finding the perfect denim shirt. it has been one of those versatile classics I’ve always kept an eye out for because I love how many ways you can style them. This purchase was the culmination of a 3+ year search, which seems crazy but I guess I’m a little picky…
I knew I wanted a light wash shirt, with simple no-snap pockets and that perfect balance between nicely tailored and relaxed. I actually found this shirt a couple of months ago, but was in denial about it being THE ONE since it cost a pretty penny. My amped up shopping patterns of late brought me back around and once I tired it on, I knew it ticked all the right boxes. Just gotta think about that cost per wear! At least with Aritzia I can pretty well rest assured it will still be in my closet and relevant for many seasons to come, which is probably why I’m such a sucker for the brand. If you’re thinking about taking the plunge, I ended up going down 1-2 sizes in this as it runs large.
I only took these photos a couple of days ago but it seems like a whole other season now that summer has arrived in full force. Happy Sunday!
