For the past year and a half, I have had a predominantly black dress code at work. Prior to that grey was my ride or die, but not being able to wear it at my job brought things to a stand still. As you know I’m a firm believer in having multi-purpose clothes, which really just ended up meant buying whatever I wanted in black. It took hardly any time for that color restriction to seep into my whole wardrobe.
Since I work full time and 99% of these posts show my actual day-to-day outfits, (not just something I posed in for photos) the blog often reflects that uniform. Black may be universally flattering and the OG basic, but grey has that same versatility with a bit of softness I can never get enough of. Seeing that I am now allowed to embrace all neutrals equally again, I’m excited to put the focus back on the grey area of my wardrobe.
